CNC machining refers to the machining with CNC machining tools.CNC exponentially controlled machine tools are programmed by CNC machining language, usually G code.Nc machining G code language tells nc machine tool which cartesian position coordinates to use, and control the tool feed speed and spindle speed, as well as the tool converter, coolant and other functions.Numerical control machining has great advantages over manual machining. For example, the parts produced by numerical control machining are very accurate and repeatable.CNC machining can produce parts with complex shapes that cannot be processed manually. CNC machining technology is now widely promoted, most machining workshops have CNC machining capabilities, the most common CNC machining methods in the typical machining workshop are CNC milling, CNC turning and CNC EDM wire cutting (EDM wire cutting).

The tool for CNC milling is called a CNC milling machine or CNC machining center.A lathe that performs numerical control turning is called a NUMERICAL control turning center. CNC Machining G codes can be programmed manually, but usually machining workshops use CAM software to automatically read CAD files and generate G code programs to control nc machine tools.

The material suitable for CNC machining parts are SS304, SS303, 17-4PH, AISI 1018, AISI 1010, 45# steel，SS403 , Al6061, Al 6063, Al5052, plastic and so on.
